Emergency terms: Additional fees apply for after-hours calls and work performed during the emergency. An emergency is designated as: water damage actively being done to your home, no water at all, an entire sewer system backed up and unusable, or the smell of gas. Some emergencies will be stopped or mitigated after hours, with repairs the following day if the proper material isn't available.
*Serviceability subject to accessibility. All inspection items apply to accessible plumbing systems only. Commercial plan scope and pricing are quoted per property.

*The protection plan starts at this price based on a maximum of 4 bathrooms in the home. Additional bathrooms will be an additional charge to the starting price ($2 per month per additional bathroom).
**Monthly charges are auto drafted on a monthly basis. This protection plan is for residential use only. Chollett Plumbing, LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time and for any reason. If Chollett Plumbing, LLC cancels the contract before the maintenance visit has been completed, then all paid-in fees for that cycle period of the contract will be refunded within 14 business days to the card on file.
***If the customer cancels the contract prior to the maintenance being performed, then the current paid-in amount is nonrefundable. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS AN ANNUAL INSPECTION OF YOUR HOME. REPAIRS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PROTECTION PLAN. Any faulty items found will be brought to your attention, explained, and an estimate given before repairs will be completed. This protection plan does not include any septic system services or inspections. Participation in the Chollett protection plan is not a contract for services. The plan provides benefits and discounts as described above. Membership does not guarantee that problems or repairs will be avoided. Chollett Plumbing, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, items not covered in the inspection, or for issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
